Integrations overview
Integrations tell other systems when something happens in your account: a paid sale, a canceled subscription, a refund. You choose the channel and the events, and Dooplo sends the notice on its own.
Where to find them
In the panel menu, open Integrations. Available lists the channels you can connect. Your integrations lists the ones you already connected.
Channels
- Webhook: sends each event to an address of yours.
- n8n: starts a workflow in n8n.
- Zapier: starts a Zap.
- E-mail: sends an e-mail to the address you enter.
- Slack: posts a message in a channel.
- Discord: posts a message in a channel.
- Telegram: the Dooplo bot posts in a group.
When to notify
When connecting, you tick what that integration receives. Events are grouped by subject: order, payment, sale, subscription, refund, dispute and payment account. To receive everything in a subject, tick the first option of the group.
Send history
In Your integrations, click Send history to see each notice sent, with its event, status, number of attempts and date.
- Sent: the destination received the notice.
- Pending: the notice is in the queue.
- Retrying: the destination failed and Dooplo will try again.
- Failed: the attempts ran out. Click Resend after fixing the problem at the destination.
Send a test
Click Send test on the integration to check that the destination is receiving. The result shows on the screen and in the send history.
Credential refused
If the destination refuses access, the integration shows Credential refused and events stop. To receive them again, connect again.
